David was born in August 1873 in Montgomery County Kentucky USA.

His parents were George Dale and Mary Johnson.

In 1880 David was living with his parents and 6 siblings in Aarons Run, Montgomery County, Kentucky, United States , He was 6 years old.

He married Mary Griffith on 05 Jan 1898 In Menifee County, Kentucky.

Together they had 2 children:

  • Cordia Candy Dale
  • Ida Dale [4]
