15 Year-Old Dies Of Pneumonia
David Milton Crumrine, 15, of 2025 Lyn Grove, died at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in Lima Memorial Hospital, where he had been admitted at about 8 a.m. today for treatment of pneumonia, which followed influenza.
He was born Sept. 28, 1943. He was a sophomore at Shawnee High School, and a member of the reserve baseball and basketball teams, and the Shawnee Hi-Y, and the Youth Fellowship of the Cridersville-Shawnee Methodist Church.
In addition to his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jack M. Crumrine, he is survived by two brothers, Dennis Lee and Michael J., both at home; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Neville Sutherland of Rt. 1, Alger; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Ella Crumrine, 559 W. Market; and paternal grandfather, Ralph B. Crumrine, 702 Bristol.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Bayliff and Son Funeral Home, Cridersville, with Rev. Willard Thomas officiating.
Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Sunday.
