    Being A certain tract of Land situate in Canaan Viz
    being part of the Fletcher Lot so called & the Emery tract
    so called begining on the Road leading from the falls to
    James Webb at a Stake and stones on the west side
    of the Road on the dividing line between the Whitaker
    & Fletcher Lots thence following the division sixty
    three Rods to the line of the Emery tract thence
    Southerly on said line thirty two Rods to a corner thence
    Westerly across said Emery tract at right angles by a line
    spotted trees to Tilly Masons Land thence Northerly on said
    line of Emery tract to the Fletcher tract or Lot thence on that line till it comes to the
    Northeast corner of the Fletcher Lot thence following the
    North line of the said Fletcher lot to the Road aforsaid
    thence following the Road Southerly to the first mentioned
    Bounds containing eighty six Acres more or less also one other
    tract in the Whitaker Lot so called begining at the corner
    on the North line of the Whitaker Lot one hundred and
    & seventy two & half rods frm the east line of the Lot aforsaid
    thence running across sd Lot at right angles by a line
    spotted trees to a corner on the South line of the Lot
    thence westerly ten & 1/2 Rods on said South line to a
    corner thence across sd Lot at right angle by a line spotted
    said line ten & half rods to the first mentioned bound
    containing five Acres more or less
