Will of Daniel Neale of Cople Parish, Westmoreland County, being sick in body, dated 19 Dec. 1713.
Unto my daughter Hannah Neale one Negroe girle called Molley to be deliver'd to her at the day of her marriage.
Unto my son Presly Neale one Negroe girle called Betty to be delivered to him at the age of twenty one yeares.
Unto my son Daniel Neale one Negroe woman cal'd black Hannah to be delivered to him at the age of twenty one yeares.
Unto my son Christopher Neale one Negroe girle call'd Nanny to be delivered to him when he attaines to the age of twenty one yeares.
My two Negroe men Jack and Dick to my deare and loving wife Ursula Neale and after her decease Negroe Dick to descend to my son Rodham and Jack to my son Christopher.
Unto my daughter Frances Neale one Negroe to be paid out of the increase of the before exprest Negroe women if it should happen that any of them brings children and if none brings children that lives then to my daughter Frances 3000 pounds of tobacco and the second living child born of the Negroe women unto my son Rodham Neale.
Unto my son Presly Neale all my land on which I now live.
The remainder part of my estate to be equally divided my lov: wife and children all to have equall shares thereof.
All my children remaine with their mother untill they be of ages or be marryed unless they goe away by their mother's consent.
