    Son Shapleigh Neale-plantation in the forest containing four hundred and eleven acres more or less, also a small piece of land about three acres more or less lying upon Knight's former landing near the head of "Ware creek", to him and the heirs of his body lawfully begotten.
    Son Richard Neale-parcel of land transferred to me by John Way, being about one hundred and three acres to him and his heirs; also one feather bed and furniture.
    Wife Hannah Neale-plantation where I now dwell which I purchased of Mr. John Gouch, being about one hundred and thirty acres more or less, to her and her heirs.
    Daughter Rose Dimovell-twenty shillings current money.
    Daughter Dorcus Smith-negro boy Matthew, one thousand pounds of tobacco, and twenty shillings current money.
    Daughter Susannah Neale-negro boy Jammy one cow and her increase which is at Mr, Shapleighs, one good feather bed and furniture, one iron pot, one good stear, two good hogs, one tabl cloath, six napkins, two dishes,six spoons, six plates, one good suit of cloaths and twenty shillings current money. She to have her dwelling and to work one hand.on the land given my son Richard Neale during her maiden life; also one spining wheale and four good sheep.
    The child my wife now goes with, whenever it please God it comes into the world-my negro boy Jack.
    Estate not to he appraised.
    Wife Hannah Neale-my molatto girl Lette, four negroes Dick, Nann Potuxent, and great Moll, to her and her heirs, also one third part of my stock of cattle and other living creatures, and one half of my household goodo. If my wife ohould want her thirds, then the land given her to go to my son Richard Neale, and the four negroes to my son Shapleigh Neale.
    Son Shapleigh Neale-five negroes Robin, Peter, Bess. little Moll, and a child named Will, and all the rest of my estate not already mentioned.
    Son Richard Neale-to be bred up to the sea to be a marriner. Negroes to be kept together for two years after my decease for the better payment of my debts.
    To Mr. Thomas Pitman-five pounds current money.
