Boarding HANNAH & THOMAS NEALE from Sepr. 1765; paid CHARLES TYLER Sheriff; Mr. WILLIAM CARR LANE; Waggoning Tobacco to Colchester; Mr. ALEXANDER HENDERSON; for THOMAS NEALE'S schooling; JOHN HOUGH for quit rents; Doctor NISBETT for Miss HANNAH; to Mr. HECTOR ROSS for Miss HANNAH; (also) THOMAS NEALE; Mrs. ANN GORHAM for making breeches; paid CRAVEN PEYTON; ROBERT ADAM; sundries delivered to Mr. HENDERSON guardian to the two children.

At a court held .. 25th March 1768 .. HENRY MOORE who intermarried with ANN NEALE, administratrix of CHRISTOPHER NEALE, decd, exhibited these accounts & same being examined by the court are allowed and ordered to be recorded.

Note: 4--3.Christopher Neale, of Prince George County, Md., date of birth unknown; d. in July or Aug., 1756. He was a prominent, influential citizen in affairs of Church and State; was a staunch and liberal supporter of the Episcopal Church, He owned a large estate in Prince George County, Md., and it is claimed that the White House of our government, in Washington, D.C., is situated on his estate. He m. Anne Osborne, who made will March 16, 1782, in which she divides her property between her daughters, Elizabeth Merye and Hannah Brent, "they paying her son Thomas one gold pistole. Anne (Osborne) Neale, m. (second) Henry Moore, who d. prior to 1782.
