The 3 sons, Dirick, Nicholas and Daniel, to have equal division of land when Daniel is of age. Grandchildren, Yonitje, Elizabeth, Honce and Anne Conine, each f10, to be paid by the 3 sons when of age. Residue to the 3 sons. Executor- wife Lydia, and son Dirik. Witnesses- John Barkalow, Denise Forman Jr., John Forman. Proved Aug. 14, 1795.

Daniel, Lydia and Dirick are buried in the Wyckoff's Hill Burying Ground in East Freehold New Jersey .
