    20 {Families of Old Fairfield} Cornelius HULL, Jr., [or Cornelius II, or possibly Lt. Cornelius, Jr.] (ca 1654/5-1740) (Cornelius(4), George(3), Thomas(2), Richard(1)) son of (5) Lt. Cornelius Hull and Rebecca Jones was born, circa 1654-5 {TS}, probably at Fairfield, Connecticut. He married, circa 1685 {New England Marriages Prior to 1700}, Sarah Sanford (1666-1753) daughter of Ezekiel Sanford and Rebecca Wiekle[sic]. Cornelius and his wife, Sarah, were admitted to the church, 2 June 1695 {Parish Records}, 1st Congregational Church, Fairfield. Cornelius and his wife, Sarah, were admitted to full communion, 20 April 1701 {Parish Records}. Greenfield [Hill] was made a parish in 1725, with Cornelius Hull's name at the head of its members {History of Redding, Vol. 2}. {More About the Hill [Greenfield Hill, CT] by E. B.
