[edit] Oral TraditionsAs told by Gloria McAndrew Gavin to Kathy Anderson in 2001, Bridgett would sit on John (pomp)s front porch in her black dress with her hair tied back in a knot, and comment "They'll never get me in one of those horseless carriages", as cars went by.
[edit] ObituaryBRIDGET LYNCH MC ANDREW She was born in 1840 in Carbondale, the daughter of John and Nora (Pace) Lynch. Married Patrick McAndrew and had seven children. She died approximately 1937-1938 and was buried in St Rose’s Cemetery, Carbondale. |
