Benjamin is usually shown as son to George and Margaret. I think it is also possible he was the son of David Myers and grandson to George. He married Harriet Parsons in 1839.

 He had children including David H. 1825; William J. 1837; James M. 1840; David W. 1848; Samuel 1852, and Mary Pickett 1845-1939 m. William Herndon Blake.

Myers 25 with Mary Ann 22; [brothers] Henry C. 21; Benjamin F. 17; and [uncle? grandfather?]  David 70. Next door to them is James Myers 29 with Nancy [(Shankland?)] 24, A(illegible) 4; Mary F. 2; and Benjamin M. 1.
 In the 1860 census for Nicholas Co., Kentucky, Benj Myers is 62, farmer from KY; with Harriet 42; James N. 20; David H. 12; Samuel 8; Mary Pickett Myers 5; and [niece?] Alice Parsons 9. They are next door to W. J. Myers 23 with (Parlina?) 19.
 In the 1870 census for Carlisle, Nicholas Co., Kentucky, 'Benjamine Myres' is 72, farmer; with Harriet 50; [children] James M. 25; Samuel 18; Picket 14; [grandson?] David H. 9; and [daughter in law? granddaughter?] Nancy 20 -- all born KY.  
 In the 1880 census, Harriet is listed as a widow, with son Samuel and family, and daughter 'Pigott'.
