Person:Henry Myers (21)

NOTE: There are a number of Myers families in Nicholas and Bath Co., and conflicting information about family lines.

 I believe he may have been the son of Benjamin Myers and his first wife Patsy Frazier -- which would make him cousin to Elizabeth.
 In the 1850 census for Nicholas Co., Kentucky, Benjamin Myers is 52, farmer; with Harriet 32; William J. 13; James M. 10; and David W. 2.  Next door is [son] David H. Myers 25 with Mary Ann 22; [brothers] Henry C. 21; Benjamin F. 17; and [uncle? grandfather?]  David 70. Next door to them is James Myers 29 with Nancy [(Shankland?)] 24, A(illegible) 4; Mary F. 2; and Benjamin M. 1.

 In the 1870 census for Marengo, Nicholas Co., Kentucky,  H. C. Myers is 41, farmer; with Sarah 36; [her children by D. H. Shankland] William 16; Frank 13; and Mary 11; and [their children] Benjamin 2 and Jennie 1 -- all born Kentucky. {p. 309 & 310}
In the 1880 census for Upper Blue Lick, Nicholas Co., Kentucky, there is a Henry Myers, age 57, a farmer from Kentucky (parents Kentucky).  His wife Elizabeth is 46, born Kentucky (parents Kentucky).  The children are Mollie [Shankland] age 21; David [Benjamin] age 12; Elizabeth [Jennie] 11; and Michael, 8 -- all born in Kentucky, parents Kentucky. {p.472 c}
 In the 1900 census for Buzzard Roost, Nicholas Co., Kentucky, N. B. Roberts is 36, born Aug 1863, married 13 years, farmer. His wife Jennie B. is 30 born Mar 1869, with 4 of 5 children living.  The children are Ethel M. 12, Lizzie E. 10, Omer Lee 4 and Ruby Francis 1. Boarder [father-in-law?] H. C. Myers is 70, born June 1829, widowed, capitalist.  All born Kentucky, parents same. {ed 105, sh 1a, p.244} Son David B. Myers is found in Bethel, Bath Co., Kentucky.  There is a Michael H. Myers, 29, with family in Nicholas Co.
 In the 1910 census for Nicholas Co., Kentucky, Mike Myers is 39 KY, married twice this time for 13 years; with wife (Loettie?) 34, married once, with 1 of 1 child living; son Guy is 5; and father Henry C. Myers is 83?, widower; son Oren is 18.
 There are death records in Nicholas Co. for Jennie B. Roberts in 1948; and David Benjamin Myers in 1945 in Bath Co.{Kentucky Death Index, <www.ancestry.com>}  According to the death record of Michael Henry Myers (1871-1943), his parents were Henry Clay Myers and Elizabeth Myers
