  9.   Obituary.

    B.F. Crumrine, 83, resident of Akron for more than 50 years, died Friday night at his home, 81 Bittman st. Funeral services will be held Monday at 3 p.m. at the residence and burial will be in Gendale cemetery.
    Mr. Crumrine was born in Carroll County where he was married to Lydia Tripp in 1857. He came to Akron in 1871 to work for his uncle M.H. [Martin Houston] Crumrine, one of the city's earliest businessmen.
    During his earler years he was an active member of the I.O.O.F and both he and Mrs. Crumrine, who survives him, were members of Grace Reformed Church. He had been retired for many years. He was a member of the Fifty-Year Club.
    Besides his widow, he leaves a son Charles Crumrine, of Cuyahoga Falls, and a daughter, Mrs. Maurice Simon, of Akron.
