Neill, 83, of Old Mexico Road died Saturday at home. Mr. Neill was born in Orwell, the son of William and Audra Gay Neill. He attended the town of Richland's schools and was married to Inez Crouse May 17,1931. She died in 1988. He was employed by LJ. Farmer Nursery for 21 years. He was also employed by Douglaston Manor Farms and the Howard Nicholason farms for several years. He was last employed by the Pulaski Village Cemetery for 14 years, retiring in 1984. He was a member of Pulaski Grange 730 and the Pulaski Park United Methodist Church. Surviving are two sons, Russell W. and Archie A., both of Pulaski; four daughters, Audra Mooney, Marguerite Fox and April Walker, all of Pulaski, and Nancy Weisenburger of Rome; four sisters, Florence Braley, Beatrice Cook and Dorothy Neill, all of Altmar, and Lillian Neill of Pulaski; 22 grandchildren...
