Neill, age 74, of RD 1, Port ST, Pulaski, died Wednesday, October 1986 in Oswego Hospital. Born December 9, 1911 in Orwell, the son of William and Alice Braley Neill, he attended Pulaski District schools. He was employed by Douglaston Manor Farm and later by the Pulaski Cemetery Association. He is survived by one brother, Archie W. Neill, Pulaski, and four sisters, Mrs. Florence Braley, Mrs. Beatrice Cook and Mrs. Dorothy Braley all of Altmar, Miss Lillian Neill of Pulaski and several nieces and nephews. For the past few years, he resided with Robert and Joanne Neill of Pulaski. Services were held Saturday, October 18 at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home of Pulaski with the Rev. Richard A. Bennett, pastor of the Wesleyan Church of Pulaski, officiating. References
