Neill, 82, of Pulaski RD 1, died Tuesday, January 4 at Oswego Hospital after a lengthy illness. A native of Orwell, he had lived in the Pulaski area most of his life. Mr. Neill was a farmer for many years, and in 1954 he became caretaker for the Pulaski Cemetery and retired in 1969. Surviving are his wife, the former Edith Braley; two sons, Charles and Robert; three daughters, Mrs. William Petruschak of Syracuse, Mrs. Howard Wise and Mrs. Charles Rice; three brothers, Elvard, Archie and James; four sisters, Dorothy Braley and Florence Braley of Altmar, Beatrice Cook of Oswego and Miss Lillian Neill; 11 grandchildren... Services were... Friday at Foster-Hax Funeral Home... the Rev. Roger M. Crassi officiating. Burial will be in Pulaski Cemetery. References
