    14 May 1791: Agreement that "whereas the said Nehemiah Lawrance hath since deceased" leaving land in Mason New Hampshire in common and undivided, "Amos Lawrance, Samuel Lawrance & Esther Lawrance widow of the said Nehemiah dec'd & Samuel Hemingway the Guardian of all the Children of said deceased" agree to a division.
