20 Sep 1785: Agreement of "Amos Lawrance, Nehemiah Lawrance, and Samuel Lawrance, Children and sole heirs to the Estate of our Honoured Father Amos Lawrance Gentleman, late of Groton" to divide his estate. 14 May 1791: Agreement that "whereas the said Nehemiah Lawrance hath since deceased" leaving land in Mason New Hampshire in common and undivided, "Amos Lawrance, Samuel Lawrance & Esther Lawrance widow of the said Nehemiah dec'd & Samuel Hemingway the Guardian of all the Children of said deceased" agree to a division.
