Utica Daily Press, 19 Apr 1963: MRS. JOSEPH SAUNDERS New Hartford-- Mrs. Almeda Fenton Saunders, 59, of Seneca Turnpike, formerly of New York Mills and a resident of this village for the past two years, died yesterday in St. Luke's Memorial Hospital Center. She was born in Camden and had lived in New York Mills most of her life before coming to New Hartford. She was married to Joseph Saunders. Mrs. Saunders was a member of the Maynard Methodist Church. Besides her husband, she leaves a son, John Fenton, of Orangeburg SC. The funeral will be... this afternoon from the Wells and Lloyd Funeral Home, Whitesboro, with the Rev. Robert Bromfield, pastor of the Maynard Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Stokes.
