That child is with them.(ED 21, fam #107/107, p 8) In 1920, they are in Des Moines, Polk Co., Ia. Albert, 49, is a farmer general farm. Wife Bertha 38, is caring for daughter, mother and 4 boarders in the home. Mother Bertha, Hughes, 70, a widow, declares she b. Pa., as were her parents. (ED 88, p, 56, fam 138/141)
