John Sims makes solemn oath before me, the undersigned, Judge of the Probate Court within and for the County of Pickaway, that he is more than 21 years of age, and has no lawful wife living: And that Hannah Morgan is more than 18 years of age, and has no lawful husband living; that she is a resident of the County of Pickaway aforesaid; and that he knows of no legal objection to the marriage contemplated between these parties. And further saith not. Signed by John Sims. Sworn to and subscribed before me, this 10th day of March 1862, Fred Cogswell (?) Probate Judge. MARRIED, on the 20th day of March A.D. 1862 John Sims and Hannah Morgan by me, a Minister of the Gospel, G.S. Kalb (?).
