This proves 7 children for sure: Charlotte, Daniel, Urana (Lurany), Louisa, Mary, Howell and John. 5 others are named, but the relationship isn't given, but it is assumed they are children: Lucretia, James, Sally, Francis and Martha. Though of these last 5, it isn't certain who Francis was. The spelling is the masculine form, but it is probably actually a female (Frances) instead.

This Frances could easily be the wife of John Dugger Surry. She was born ca 1750 (which works), and John Surry was closely associated with the John Dugger Sr family and his children.
