Now that you have uploaded Cogan Moore Stiles Wiley_2012-02-26_01.ged, your next step is to review what your pages will look like, review any potential warnings, and combine (merge) people in your GEDCOM with matching people already on WeRelate. • view a searchable list of the pages in your tree -- The searchable list will be available about an hour after your tree has been imported.

Francis Eastlack Phoebe Cozens [20 March 2012]

Hello EileenC

I came across your contact info while researching Francis Eastlack and Phoebe Cozens. My interest is not so much genealogical but historic. I own the house that Eastlack and Cozens purchased in June of 1800. I know he also purchased a road lot next to the house in 1805. There's scant information about them after that. It seems they also sold the house in 1805 and I find nothing else. In your posting Cozens is mentioned "AFT 1811". I haven't seen that before. May I ask how you gathered that and if you have any further information on the couple?

I'm not sure if I'm supposed to reply in a new comment or edit this one. Working in a Wiki environment is new to me. Many, many years ago (prior to online genealogy) I was in touch with a Charles Woolsey who had researched the Cozens. I got that date from him. I do not know how he got it. I haven't been in touch with him since that time, so I couldn't even tell you how to reach him, or if he is still living. Sorry I can't be of more help. Eileen
