Living Beals and Living Noon changes [26 December 2011]

Hi: I received a message that you changed information on Living Beals and Living Noon, to Patricia Noon. This is not the couple I had in my files. The Living Noon is my sister Dorothy born in 1952. Her parents are Elizabeth Jane Johnson and Living Noon. She was married to Bill Beals for a short time then divorced, then annuled the marriage. Both Dorothy and Bill are still living. I don't know if this makes a difference in your family too. Thanks for looking at this. Charolette--Ckaster 11:34, 26 December 2011 (EST)

Hello Ckaster and DBeals. I noticed the edits to this page and thought that both individuals were no longer living, so I renamed it to Family:Bruce Beals and Patricia Noon (1). Upon closer inspection, I see that User:DBeals removed both spouses that were attached to this family and replaced them with pages for Bruce Beals and Patricia Noon. Normally, I would revert these edits and create a new family page. However, pages for living people are not permitted on WeRelate (living person policy). Since the pages for living people will be deleted, it may be easier for User:Ckaster to unwatch the Family:Bruce Beals and Patricia Noon (1) page, rather than revert the edits. --Jennifer (JBS66) 11:48, 26 December 2011 (EST)

My father, Bruce Beals, remarried a Patricia Noon (her 2nd marriage). She was born in Illinois, and died in Lincoln, Lancaster, NE after my dad. She had a daughter I believe (not certain) from her first marriage. Can we fix our records to support this until more info obtained.--DBeals 11:48, 26 December 2011 (EST)

I am unfamiliar with this website, just added a file at the request of another user. I can unwatch as requested but want to make sure that this change does not affect my Noon family. It might be confusing as I also have a sister Patty Noon. I just wanted to make sure that my two living sisters are connected to my parents and not confused with this Patricia Noon/Beals. Thank you. To make this a little less confusing (I hope :) I reverted the edits made by DBeals and created a new family page for Family:Bruce Beals and Patricia Noon (1). DBeals, you will need to manually watch that page by clicking on Watch from the menu on the left of that page.

Family:Living Beals and Living Noon (2) is back to its original state. Ckaster, I will leave a message on your talk page regarding this family. If either of you have any additional questions, just let me know. --Jennifer (JBS66) 12:33, 26 December 2011 (EST)

Thanks for watching over and correcting. I like this site as you can post what you think you know and like we experienced here learn there are more than one of the named relations. That is what makes genealogy so fascinating as it is ALWAYS a work in progress.

Happy Holidays, Donna--DBeals 15:25, 26 December 2011 (EST)

Living people [27 December 2011]

I noticed that you have created pages for people who are likely still living (for example: this person). WeRelate's policy does not allow the creation of pages for living people due to privacy concerns. Please delete your Person and Family pages for living people by clicking on More>Delete from the menu on the left. You can use templates such as Template:Pedigree3 to connect family lines using a chart on your User page. --Jennifer (JBS66) 19:15, 27 December 2011 (EST)
