You can create a free homepage, Surname in place articles and Personal research pages. Surname in place articles are the next generation in message boards: they can be organized and edited. When you create a Surname in Place title on your home page, the link will appear in red. Click on the red link, enter a message and save. (Creating a title for the page is not enough, your cousins can only search for pages with content.) Personal research pages are password protected wiki pages: visible to the community but editable only by you. Check out person and family pages (all you do is fill in the blanks), annotated pictures, and pedigrees with color coded migration maps.
If you are new to Wiki's, you may wish to check our many help and tutorial pages. Or, you can select edit on any page to see how the formatting commands are used. (You could click edit at the top of this page, for example.) You may also be interested in Recent Changes. Here you will see a list of all recent edits. Please help by deleting any spam or inappropriate material.

Olá! Nós descobrimos que você mandou um GEDCOM no sábado que você já mandou anteriormente que se chama "Ferreira Porto.ged.¨ Não recobramos este GEDCOM ao site porque a maioria do arquivo é uma cópia da primeira verção.
Poque nós queremos melhorar o serviço em WeRelate.org, gostaríamos entender porque você modou seu GEDCOM de novo no sábado, e porque você o mandou duas vezes no Sábado? Porque muitas pessoas tem tentado re-recobrar o seu GEDCOM, dicidimos implementar um método para que possa remover as páginas de um GEDCOM e depois re-recobrar o GEDCOM. Isto deve ser pronto no fim da próxima semana. Obrigado por usar WeRelate.org! -Nathan 10:49, 16 March 2007 (MDT)
The pages from "Ferreira Porto.ged" have not yet been generated because they appear to match pages from a GEDCOM you have previously imported to WeRelate. Please be patient while we take a look at your GEDCOM. If it turns out that the people in Overlap.ged are different from people you have imported previously, your pages will be generated right after the review, which should happen tomorrow (or Monday if tomorrow falls on a weekend).
If you have already imported a GEDCOM containing people in Ferreira Porto.ged, we need to ask for your patience. We don't at present have a way to auto-merge people from multiple GEDCOM submissions, so if Ferreira Porto.ged includes people you have previously imported, importing Ferreira Porto.ged will create duplicate pages that you will have to merge later by hand. In the near future we will allow you to delete the pages generated by your previous GEDCOM submission and start over with a new GEDCOM. Until then please be patient. We will notify you as soon as deleting pages is available.

The pages from "Histórias de Famílias.ged" have not yet been generated because they appear to match pages from a GEDCOM you have previously imported to WeRelate. Please be patient while we take a look at your GEDCOM. If it turns out that the people in Histórias de Famílias.ged don't really overlap people you have imported previously, your pages will be generated right after the review, which should happen tomorrow (or Monday if tomorrow falls on a weekend).
