I have been doing research since the mid 1970s and have been lucky to have been given great amounts from others that had been doing it for years before me. I will be downloading it in parts since I had a problem after Hurricane Katrina and now I have many duplicates that will need to be removed. All of my research ends in Mississippi but goes back to Tenn., AL, GA, NC, SC and others. The names that I am working on are on my Father's side: Hawkins, Beard, Laird, Ware, Westbrook, Parkman, Welborn, Feazel, and on my Mother's side: Baggett, Wood, Rutledge, Prisock, Walters, Miller, Walker, Thompson, Mott, Threat, Galloway, Hudson, just to name a few.
