whether he and Richard were not one, for Richard is not in the Col.

observ.; but how Robert, whose name is not found in the ch. was adm.
freem. is strange. ROBERT, Portsmouth, R. I. m. 5 Dec. 1678, Tamar,
d. of John Tyler of Bristol, had Mary, b. 27 June 1682; Miriam, 9
Dec. 1689; and Samuel, 19 Dec. 1695. ROGER, Marshfield 1613.
SAMSON, Gloucester, d. Apr. 1673, as Babson tells, or by ano.
acco. 26 Jan. 1674. SAMUEL, Dedham 1640, call. gent. late of
Dublin, in Ireland, when his excors. convey. his est. 1652. SAMUEL,
Cambridge, s. of Philip, m. 14 Nov. 1681, Abigail, d. of Joseph
Griggs, wh. d. 28 Jan. 1714, had Samuel, wh. d. at 17 yrs.; John;
perhaps others; and d. 22 Aug. 1731, aged 76. SAMUEL, New
Haven, m. 2 May 1667, Hope, d. of Edward Parker, had Samuel,
b. 3 Mar. 1668; John, 3 Dec. 1669; Mary, 3 Mar. 1672; rem. to
Wallingford 1673, where the residue of his ch. nam. in his will, twelve
in all, were b. Mary Ives, Judith, Isaac, Joseph, Hope, Israel, Mabel,
Benjamin, Ephraim, and Eliz. A sec. w. Mary, he had, but we kn. not,
wh. of these ch. if any, were hers. He made his will Mar. 1703, and
soon d. STEPHEN, Mendon, freem. 1673, perhaps br. of Gregory, rem.
to Watertown, was one of the found. of the sec. ch. a deac. and d. 24
Apr. 1714. STEPHEN, Watertown or Newton, s. of Gregory, m. 19
Nov. 1679, Rebecca, d. of Thomas Flagg, had Mary, b. 2 Dec. 1681;
Stephen, 9 Jan. 1683; Isaac, 28 Apr. 1685; John, 15 Mar. 1687;
James, 23 Jan. 1689; Samuel, 3 Dec. 1690; Peter, 10 Aug. 1692; and
Daniel; freem. 1690, deac. and d. 1738. His w. d. 20 June 1721.
THOMAS, Salem, was d. Sept. 1690, when inv. of £40 was ret. Perhaps
he was unm. THOMAS, Taunton 1639, propr. with Thomas jr. in 1643,
prob. both rem. to Portsmouth, R. I. early, was call. capt. and in 1659,
honor. with commiss. to run the W. line of the Col. THOMAS, Watertown,
had d. bef. 1647, and may be that mariner wh. d. at Boston, Feb.
1646. THOMAS, Guilford, of whose early yrs. I kn. not the resid. brot.
two ch. Thomas jr. and Sarah, wh. m. Thomas Hall. There he m. 30
Mar. 1668, sec. w. Hannah Lindon, wh. d. 7 July 1676, and he d. 1
Dec. 1692. THOMAS, Guilford, s. of the preced. m. 15 Apr. 1677,
Sarah Mason of Saybrook, wh. d. 6 July 1701, had Eliasaph, b. 2 June
1678, d. at 7 mos.; Thomas, 24 Dec. 1679, d. young; Alice, 3 June
1681; Samuel, 1683, d. young; Sarah, 2 Aug. 1685, d. at 6 yrs.;
Samuel, again, 23 Nov. 1687, prob. Y. C. 1705; Elizabeth 22 Feb. 1689;
Sarah, again, 17 Mar. 1692, d. young; Mehitable, 7 Mar. 1694; and
Deliverance, 12 Jan. 1696; and he d. 1701. His inv. is of 29 Dec. in
that yr. THOMAS, Windsor, of wh. no connex. with any other of the
name is kn. had w. and d. Martha, wh. d. 8 Nov. 1683; and Mary, ano.
