The original (1903) version of this title can be found at the Internet Archive. A facsimile edition was published in 2000 by R.W. Miller under the auspices of the Appleton Historical Society. It was edited for publication by Royce W. Miller. This is the version available at the Family History Library (and which can be ordered on microfilm through the nearest Family History Center
