Waldershare is a village near Dover in Kent, England. From 1894 until 1935 it was a civil parish in Eastry Rural District. In 1935 it was abolished and the area distributed between the neighbouring civil parishes of Ripple and Tilmanstone. The whole area is now part of the non-metropolitan District of Dover.
