St. Giles Registration District contained the parishes of St. Giles in the Fields and St. George-Bloomsbury, both outside the City of London. Both parishes became part of the County of London in 1900. The registration district was abolished 1.4.1930 to become part of Holborn Registration District.

NOTE: The registration district never contained the parish of St. Giles Without Cripplegate which was considered to be part of the City of London.
