Potterspury Rural District was situated in Northamptonshire, England from 1894 to 1935. It was formed from the Northamptonshire part of the Potterspury Rural Sanitary District while (the Buckinghamshire parts were transferred to Wolverton Urban District.
The rural district was abolished under a County Review Order in 1935 and split, with Ashton and Hartwell parishes going to Northampton Rural District and the remaining parishes going to the Towcester Rural District.
