Lilburn is a small village in Northumberland, England. It is located in the on the edge of the Cheviots. The local farming estate is centred on Lilburn Tower. The population at the 2011 UK census was 138.
Lilburn was formed in 1955 from the parishes of East Lilburn, West Lilburn and Newtown (near Wooler). Until 1974 it was part of Glendale Rural District. In 1974 rural districts were abolished and Lilburn became part of the Berwick upon Tweed District until 2009 when Northumberland became a unitary authority.
