Highmoor is a village and civil parish in the South Oxfordshire District of Oxfordshire, England. It is located in the Chiltern Hills about 4 miles (6.4 km) west of Henley on Thames. The parish includes the hamlet of Satwell.

The Grade II Listed Church of England parish church of Saint Paul at Highmoor Cross was designed by the architect Joseph Morris of Reading and built by Robert Owthwaite of Henley-on-Thames in 1859 as a chapel of ease by the vicar of Rotherfield Peppard to cater for the wider rural population of the parish. Highmoor later became a separate parish but the church was closed by a pastoral order in June 2012 as a result of a dwindling congregation.

A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of Highmoor from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1870-72:

"HIGHMORE, a chapelry in Bix and Rotherfield-Greys parishes, Oxford; under the Chiltern hills, 4½ miles WNW of Henley-on-Thames [railway] station. It was constituted in 1860; and its post town is Nettlebed, under Henley-on-Thames. Population: 333. Houses: 71. Population of the Rotherfield-Greys portion: 283. Houses: 60. The living is a [perpetual] curacy in the diocese of Oxford. Value: £101. Patron: the Rector of Rotherfield-Greys. The church was built in 1859, and is in the early English style. There is a national school."

Note that Wikipedia referes to Rotherfield Peppard while Wilson's Gazetteer states Rotherfield Greys.
