Grafton is a village and a civil parish which, since 2009, has been located in the unitary authority of Cheshire West and Chester and the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England. At the 2001 Census, the population was recorded as 3.

Before 1866 Grafton was a township in the ancient parish of Tilston in the Broxton Hundred.
