Germany Township is a township in Adams County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 2,700 at the 2010 census. The majority of early settlers were from Germany and Great Britain.

Many small streams exist in the county which feed into Alloway Creek (on the western border of the township) and Piney Creek. The creeks are part of the Potomac River Basin.[3]
