Bothal Demesne was the principal township of the ancient parish of Bothal in the Morpeth Ward of Northumberland, England.

It was a civil parish from 1866 until 1935. In 1896 an area of approximately 1800 acres was transferred to the newly formed urban district of Ashington. From 1894 until 1935 the parish was part of Morpeth Rural District. In 1935 the remainder of the original township was also merged into Ashington. (Source:A Vision of Britain through Time)
