Reasons I connected Pietje to Tjipke Algra [24 January 2015]
I believe that Tjipke Algra married Pietje Hollander based on a few facts:
- Marriage record for their daughter Odelia mentions her parents as Hank Algra and Petronella Hollander.
- Both Tjipke and Pietje were on the William and Mary
- The children's names loosely correlate to their grandparents
- Pietje's second marriage to "Charles Waters" (may be Wouters... still needs research) states that her parents were Djve Holland and Dirke Holland. This at least connects in the "Holland" in the surname and is close to her mother's first name, Durkjen. --Jennifer (JBS66) 17:45, 24 January 2015 (UTC)
