I am unaware that there is evidence of the parents of Charles Dodson, Sr. What evidence establishes Thomas Dodson and Judith Haggar as parents?

I've removed the parentage link, but now that I think about it, the couple (if they do indeed exist at all) should be noted in the notes as 'said to have been the son of X and X, but this is unproved/disproved'.--DMaxwell 19:43, 16 April 2012 (EDT)

Agreed. I have on other pages listed family connections commonly included in family trees that are not proven or are simply incorrect. The same type of section relating the variety of speculation about the origin of Charles Dodson, Sr. would be helpful to make. I'll start on that project (likely a brief new section with reference to a subpage) next week. Thanks for the assistance.
