Took oath of allegiance April 30, 1700. He deeded on October 20, 1706, his brother Samuel as a gift. 128 acres of Coesit (Cowesit) purchase, being Lot 14, which came to him from his grandfather Stukely's estate. As the eldest son of the deceased eldest son of Stukely, he sued for and recovered possession in 1696, of his grandfather's homestead estate at Old Warwick, and by his will gave it to his granddaughter, Jeane Westcott, daughter of Phillip.
