I believe she is the same as the 'Zona' in the 1850 census and 'Cyara' in the 1860 census with her uncle Jesse, and the 'Gary Vilinder' noted in the Shankland Family research. In an IGI record, her name is shown as 'Sarah Vilinder'. 

 According to a WorldConnect database, Zara died in 1870 in Shawnee Co., Kansas.  
 According to 'Descendants of William Shankland', she married Hiram Grabendike and died about 1870.
