Swoope; daughter, Jane Leybourn; son, William; daughter, Elizabeth; daughter, Margaret, lands in Rockingham and Shenandoah to be sold. Executors, son John and Archibald Stuart. Proved, 25th March, 1806. Archibald refuses; John qualifies.
