William Gilmore, born ca 1774, Mecklenburg Co., NC, died 1818, Montgomery Co., Ky second son of Patrick Gilmore, Rev War Soldier, married Martha Curry ca 1797 in Mecklenburg, Co NC. They had two known children, Martha (Patsey), who married Richard Wise in Mt Sterling, KyMar 29, 1821, and William. William is buried, along with his sister, and his mother in the Wise Cemetery in Callaway Co., Mo.
