Suddenly on January the 9 th , at Winnipeg General Hospital, Wilfred R (Wilf) Moffat, aged 56 years, beloved husband of Sadie Moffat on 30 Linden Ave, East Kildonan. Born in Winnipeg, Mr Moffat served in the R C A F during the Second World War and was associated with Manitoba Pool Elevators for the past twenty five years. He was very well known in Musical circles and had served as Secretary Treasurer for the Manitoba Musical Association. Fraternally he was a member and past master Capital Lodge NO. 136 A.P & A.M . Surviving besides his wife Sadie and four daughters, <names of living individuals have been removed> of Winnipeg.; Two brothers, Ernie and Lloyd both of Winnipeg. Funeral service will be held at 2;15 pm. Wednesday from the Clark Leatherdale Funeral Home, 232 Kennedy Street with Reverend Ross William officiating. Interment at Elmwood Cemetery.
