Welcome Dan Underwood married twice to sisters. First marriage was to Elizabeth Young and produced three children. Second marriage was to Rhoda Young and they did not have any children. Welcome and Rhoda moved throughout their married lives, living in Amity, Erie, Pennsylvania plus Charlotte and Stockton townships in Chautauqua, New York. Welcome moved to Grant County, Washington after Rhoda died in 1910 to live with his daughter and her family.
