Vernon E. Troup, 71, Town of Schroeppel died Saturday afternoon, May 24th at his home. A native of Greenwich, Ohio, Mr. Troup resided in the Phoenix area most of his life. He was a self-employed electrical contractor. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Nellie M. Troup of Town of Schroeppel, one son, Vernie Troup of Canastota, a daughter, Mrs. Ida Mae Hotaling, Phoenix; one sister, Mrs. Helen Barnes of South Bend, Ind. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, Fulton with interment in Mt. Adnah Cemetery.
