3. Thomas Waters born c 1714. He appears to have been married twice. The child Philemon Waters born 1739 was born to Thomas Waters per Overwharton Parish Records. By 1748 his wife is Elizabeth and he has a son born 10 March 1750/51 that he names Philemon Waters. The 1739 Philemon must have died as a child. This Philemon born in 1751 was a Kentucky hero as was his first cousin, Col. Philemon Waters of South Carolina. Thomas & Elizabeth moved into Frederick County, Virginia by 1748 when they sign a deed with Brother Philemon II and his wife Sarah Bordroyne. Thomas Waters appears on the 1744 Tax List for Frederick County, Virginia. The deed will be be given under " Lands of Our Fathers" Thomas died 1760 in Frederick County, Virginia.
