Thomas's will bequeaths 350 acres of land. For his children Moses and Elizabeth, the will makes special provision to support them throughout their lives, so they may have been disabled in some way.

4. ↑ The Warrant Register shows a warrant issued 21 Jan 1733 to Thomas Green for 150 acres on "Br. Pequea Cr.". It shows two patents under this warrant, both to Thomas, on 5 Nov 1735 for 200 acres, and on 8 Jun 1737 for 250 acres. A later warrant to Thomas Green is also shown: 3 Nov 1735 for 300 ac on Br. Pequea Cr. This latter is mentioned In William J. Allen's work, citing Penna. Archives 3rd Ser, v24, pp75,413. Note the two patents (200+250) have the same acreage as the warrants (150+300). The second warrant shows a 100 ac patent to a Tho. Griffith in 1752.
