Online images at Familysearch.org [edit] TextIn the name of God Amen, November the fourteenth 1741 I Thomas Green of Salisbury in the County of Lancaster and Province of Pennsylvania Weaver being sick and weak in body, but of perfect memory Blessed be God, and Calling to mind the uncertain Estate Do make Constitute order and Ordain this to be my Last Will and Testament disallowing and anulling by these present all Will or Wills Testament or Testaments by me made Either by Writing word of Mouth or Otherwise and this only to be my Last Will and Testament and whereas God of his Bounty hath Bestowed upon me far above my Deserts and now for the Settling of my Estate Debts Goods and Chattels in the manner and form following Viz I will that all those Debts which I owe either by Right or Conscience be duly paid after my Decease at Convenient time. Item I give and bequeath unto Ann Green my wife a hundred acres of Deeded Land lying on a Branch of Pequea near Storys Tract together with all my Stock, Goods and Chattells for the true use and maintenance of Moses Green Elizabeth Martha and Susannah Green during their minority and Martha Green and Susanna Green when the[y] come to age must have Ten pound each to be Raised of said One hundred Acres Stock Goods and Chattels but the abovesaid Moses Green and Elizabeth Green to be maintained of the above named Land, Goods and Chattels During their Lives and at the Death of Ann Green my Wife the above said One hundred Acres of Land to fall to my Sons Joseph and Thomas Green Item I give and Bequeath unto Joseph Green my son Fifty Acres of Deeded Land on the north part of my Estate together with my Right to a hundred Acres on Storey's Tract Joyning my Estate Item I give to Thomas Green my Son one hundred Acres of Land deeded being the Remainder of my Estate Lastly I nominate and appoint Ann Green my Wife to be sole Executrix and none other In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand ye day and year above written.
