Thomas (Fitch), b. abt. 1665, d. in 1731; is said to have m. three times; will 29 Apr. 1731, proved 5 May 1731, named wife Rachel, sons Samuel, Thomas, and James, and dau. Elizabeth Raymond. The son Thomas had a distinguished career, and was Gov. of Conn. 1754-65.
