Thomas J. Dugger is probably a son of Shadrack and Sarah (Hogan) Dugger, but that isn't proven conclusively. Sarah was living with Thomas in 1860 so that seems to prove it, provided it is the same Sarah (which it probably is). Thomas and family are listed on the 1850 census in Giles Co., TN though their name is listed as "Dunger" or "Danger" instead of Dugger. It is clearly the same family though.
They were still in Giles in 1860 and 1870.
