    Court Record, Page 53—4 August, 1724: Adms. granted to Mrs. Mary Webster, widow of sd. decd.

    Page 16 (Vol. XI) 7 April, 1730: Mary Webster, Adms., exhibits an account of her Adms., which this Court accepts, orders recorded and kept on file.

    Page 17—7 April, 1730: This Court appoint Mary Webster to be guardian to her three children, viz., Isaac 11 years, Mary 9 years, and Timothy 5 years. Recog., £50.

    Page 10 (Vol. XII) 19 September, 1734: Isaac Webster, 17 years of age, chose Ebenezer Merrells to be his guardian.

    Page 57 (Vol. XIII) 4 December, 1739: Timothy Webster, age 17 years, son of Stephen Webster, chose his father-in-law Ebenezer Merrells to be his guardian. Recog., £200.

    Page 316 (Probate Side): An agreement made by Ebenezer Merrill and Mary, his wife, with the heirs of Stephen Webster, late of Hartford decd., for the full settlement of sd. estate among the surviving heirs, viz., to Mary the relict, in moveable estate, £19-19-09; to Isaac Webster. £266-00-00; to Timothy Webster, £133-00-00; and to Mary Webster, the sum of £133. This agreement on this paper was made by us the subscribers whose names arc underwritten, on the 25 day of December, 1739.
