Acquisition of Land from Chalkley's:
- Page 387.--15th December, 1789. Henry Dill (German, Dull) to Sebastian Woolf, part of 216 acres patented to John Bell, 1st December, 1740.

From Chalkley’s Augusta County Records:
- Vol. 1 - MAY, 1790 (A to C). - Commonwealth vs. Sebastian Woolf.--On 8th June, 1787, defendant had a son Jacob and a son Martin, the latter above sixteen and under twenty-four.
- Vol. 2 - Marriage Bond - 1791--June 9, Martin Wolf and Daniel Sharret, surety. Martin Wolf and Catherine Sharret, daughter of Daniel Sherritt (German). Martin is son of Sebastian Wolf and of age.
- Vol. 1 - MARCH, 1793. - James Hessant (Essex) and Christianner, his wife, vs. Sebastian Woolf.-- Writ, 29th November, 1791.
- Vol. 1 - MARCH, 1796 (O to Z). - Sebastian Wolfe vs. Lewis Myers.--Case, 15th August, 1793. Robert Carlisle is about to move out of the State, 16th February, 1796.
- Vol. 1 - FEBRUARY 22, 1797. - Page (112) Called Court on Sebastian Wolfe for horse stealing.--Sent to District Court.
- Vol. 2 - McDowell vs. Wolf--O. S. 224; N. S. 79--Bill, 1815. Sebastian Wolfe, living near Jennings Gap in Augusta, removed to Ohio and died, leaving widow Catharine and children, viz: Michael, Jacob, Martin, Charles, John, Polly, Sally, Beky Wolfe, all living in Ohio.
